Received an email that the prerelease was finally available and no video!!!
Ahh not just me then - I emailed CS - they said to sign in and its there etc etc - but nope, still just the trailer - whats going on guys?? You have taken the money for it...
No response to my email queries. They did issue a tweet saying that they would distribute through their Dropbox, but I have not received the email yet nor any response as to when I can expect to receive it.
What twitter account was that on if you dont mind me asking as the one I was following was shut down? At least they seem to have acknowledged the problem... now we just need a solution - please!
Thank you - now if they could have just said that in the reply to my email I would have understood. At least the future is still looking good then :)
Thank You for Your posts. So, I know, I am not the only one, who is waiting since the m@il-sending last weekend for #024 is online. We should not have problems in waiting some more days to get, we have pre-paid for.

We should also receive a response directly from the company instead of leaving loyal customers in limbo!!! This is sub par customer service and the the way to respond to a bad situation.
Of course, You are right, some words of explaining are better than silence for one week ...,
